Live events

Macsimum creates arenas for sharing knowledge and spaces for interaction between professionals. We facilitate conversations, debates, and professional development. All in venues tailored for great experiences. Our range is wide; from gathering thousands of tech-people in Oslo Spektrum to facilitating small and creative teambuilding experiences in our own backyard, Rebel Arena.

Digital events and productions

Macsimum can move your event, large or small, into the virtual world. We build remote studios in any location or use our own professional studio at Rebel Arena. We offer extensive digital production services, ranging from high-end webinars to online events that are tailored to inspire and motivate.

Hybrid events

Macsimum facilitates hybrid conferences, streamed webinars, and live TV shows. On stage, on venue, or online is not important, we will make everything play together like a beautiful symphony. With our experience and creativity, we use our customers' framework to generate energy, excitement, and engagement. We take care of coaching, studio design, video editing, and technical production. As our customer, you focus on the content, while we ensure that the perfect hybrid product is delivered.

Event documentation

Macsimum guides you through the entire production process, from brief to distribution. Depending on your scope, our team of photographers and/or videographers produce content for SoMe, marketing, and documentation.

Advisory and project management

Macsimum has more than 20 years of experience. We know the challenges and key factors for planning a successful event. Organizing projects can be overwhelming, that is why Macsimum offers advisory services and project management. We help you through everything or your most crucial project phases.

Concept development and design

Macsimum provides concept development and design. Together with our customers, we do everything from designing the expo layout to helping exhibitors with stand concepts. We create engaging websites and applications, design merchandise, event programs, logos, and more.

Rebel Arena

Macsimum resides in the heart of Oslo, at Rebel Arena, the coolest innovation hub in the city. Rebel Arena is the perfect space to share knowledge, share experiences, and enjoy some much-needed R’n’R at the end of a long and productive day. Rebel Arena has flexible solutions for many or few, and all rooms, bars, restaurants, and corners can be a potential stage for great experiences.
